I'm out for dinner with my family at the minute, and I can honestly say my whole family benefit from this framework. My wife doesn't always appreciate me asking her "where are you on on the responsibility process?" when we're mid-way through an argument, but in the post-argument clarity we always appreciate it's truth :)
